Kim’s blend of financial expertise, relationship building, and passion for economic development will help advance our many high-impact entrepreneurs globally and across Kentucky, Indiana, & Ohio as an Endeavor board member.

About Kim Halbauer:

As someone who has helped entrepreneurs achieve their goals and dreams for more than 30 years, Kimberly Halbauer is excited to join the Endeavor Louisville board. Her blend of financial expertise, relationship building, and passion for economic development will help advance the organization and the many high-impact entrepreneurs they advise.

Kim is the president of Fifth Third Bank’s Kentucky region. She is responsible for the growth and strategic direction of the Bank’s Commercial, Wealth & Asset Management, and Consumer divisions throughout the state.

In 1990, she began her career at the Bank while working in college. During her time, she rose to leadership roles in the Commercial, Wealth and Consumer divisions, where she focused on customer and employee development, recruiting and retention, strategy and growth. 

 Kim is committed to community and economic development and serves on a variety of Boards throughout the state of Kentucky including The Kentucky Chamber, GLI, Leadership Louisville Center, Fund for the Arts, Thomas More College, One West and One Southern Indiana. 

Kim earned a degree in finance and business from Thomas More University and an executive leadership certificate from Yale University.
