Endeavor Louisville to Host Breakfast Forum, Scale-Up Endeavor

Guibert Englebienne: Co-Founder & CTO, Globant

In 2003 Guibert co-founded Globant, a global leader in the creation of innovative software products based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 2014, Globant became the first Latin American software company to launch a public offering on the NYSE. Today, Globant has 6000+ employees across 11 countries. With an entirely fresh approach to the IT services industry and a blue chip customer list, Globant has become a global role model for tech entrepreneurship.

Guibert has had a lifelong passion for cutting-edge technology and exploring how it fits into business and culture. He was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2005, and is now the Chairman of Endeavor Argentina. Guibert will serve as a panelist at the Louisville ISP.

Hank Dudgeon: Co-Founder & Director of Business Development, Rubicon Global

In 2008 in Louisville, KY, Hank co-founded Rubicon Global with the mission to create more sustainable waste and recycling solutions. Today, Rubicon Global is valued at more than $1 billion and has been named tech’s first unicorn in waste management. As the Director of Business Development, Hank helps lead and craft growth through cultivating opportunistic and strategic relationships. He set the pace for Rubicon’s presence in the industry on a national and global level.

Hank is a founding board member of Endeavor Louisville. He maintains an active presence at his alma mater, The University of Virginia. Hank was a varsity letterman in football and played in the Sugar Bowl in 1991 and the Gator Bowl in 1992. He will serve as a panelist at the Louisville ISP.
