Doug Grissom leads MDP’s Business & Government Software and Services team. Prior to joining MDP, Doug was with top-tier organizations including Bain Capital in private equity, McKinsey & Company, and Goldman Sachs. Doug currently serves on the Boards of Directors of CoVant Technologies II and Fleet Complete. In addition, he was formerly on the Boards of Directors of @stake, Aderant, Asurion, BlueCat Networks, Cbeyond, Fieldglass, Great Lakes Dredge and Dock, Intelsat, LGS Innovations, Lightspeed Systems, LinQuest Corporation, and Neoworld. 

Outside MDP, Doug is a Board Member at Amherst College, Churchill Downs, the Harvard Business School Fund Council, the Lincoln Park Zoo, METROsquash, and the Museum of Science and Industry. Grissom holds a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
