Louisville Office Managing Partner Ernst & Young
Greg’s passion for entrepreneurship began when he started a college storage business in college at UVA. A Louisville native, Greg is the Louisville Office Managing Partner for EY, where he leads a team of over 240 professionals in EY’s assurance, tax, consulting, and transaction practices across Kentucky and Southern Indiana, as well as the National Executive Assistant Team located in Louisville.
Greg graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Commerce and an MS in Management Information Systems. He started his career at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in Washington, DC before working at internet startup eCommerce Industries, where he served as Director of Internal Operations. Greg then moved into independent IT and business consulting with various clients in
greater Washington before joining EY. Greg and his family moved back to Louisville in 2012.
Greg currently serves on the boards of the Leadership Louisville Center, the Kentucky College of Art + Design, and the Corporate Council of the Speed Art Museum. He previously served on the board of Dare to Care Food Bank. In addition to Endeavor, Greg also supports entrepreneurs through his direct involvement in EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year program. Greg is married to Brookes Pope and they have two children.
