Jake first joined the Endeavor team in 2016 as an intern in the Cape Town office, and he now serves in the Louisville office as an Entrepreneur Selection and Growth Associate. In between, Jake worked as an analyst and recruiter for Ascend Indiana, a workforce development non-profit in Indianapolis. He holds a degree in economics from Wabash College, where he graduated in 2017. While in college, he founded two small companies, worked as a consultant for local organizations, and studied abroad in Botswana for a semester. Jake is on the Ambassador’s Council for Building Tomorrow, a non-profit that supports education in Uganda, and is a mentor for students at Indiana University’s School of Global and International Studies. Jake and his wife Julia live in Indianapolis, with their cat Lennox.
