Born in Cincinnati but raised in Dayton, OH, Mr. Timothy A. Barr Jr is a 2015 graduate of Xavier University. Barr decided very early that he would build a career where he invests in his local community. After graduating college, he embarked on a year-long service-learning opportunity with the local St. Vincent De Paul. He later served as the Food Pantry Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator. This transformative experience helped him to develop a passion for empowering communities to function at their greatest potential. In 2018, he joined the Greater Cincinnati Urban League as a Community Engagement Specialist. In his role, Barr worked to address the barriers that exist between communities and police and analyze how inequities are produced and alleviated through community collaboration. To further address the economic disparities in the community, in 2019, Barr joined MORTAR, an organization that focuses on building entrepreneurs and minority-owned businesses, as the Outreach & Expansion Coordinator. At MORTAR, Barr worked with entrepreneurs to help them get access to capital, find brick-and-mortar spaces and connect them with other imperative resources. This led him to his current position as an Associate with Endeavor, the leading global community for high-impact entrepreneurs. At Endeavor, Barr works to select entrepreneurs to participate in a proprietary international selection process, founders mentoring program, and provide them with a peer-to-peer community, along with other support on their respective journeys.

When he is not working, Barr enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his beloved Goldendoodle, Diddy.
